Chris Beall
Senior Vice President, Product Innovation

Bringing more than 25 years of technology product development and operations experience to the company, Chris Beall is Senior Vice President of Product Innovation at GXS. Prior to joining GXS, Mr. Beall was CEO of Qlip Media, Inc., a multi-media communication and collaboration company he co-founded in 2006.

Before joining Qlip, he was Executive Vice President of Products at Epiance, Inc., an enterprise process improvement software company. He also served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy Officer of Requisite Technology, Inc. In this role, Mr. Beall was instrumental in creating solutions that became the core of Oracle's and SAP's e-commerce offerings, driving the company from startup to $42 million in revenue in four years.

Previously, Mr. Beall was Chief Technology Officer of Cadis, Inc., a pioneer in the structured content and search space. Finally, he held technology management positions at companies such as Sun Microsystems, NCR, Martin Marietta and Bell Labs. Mr. Beall has more than two dozen U.S. patents and patents pending in various technologies including electronic cataloging technologies, freeway traffic management, application monitoring, process improvement and multi-media communication technologies.

Mr. Beall earned a bachelor of arts in education in physics, with honors, from Arizona State University.
